Pico on your phone.
There's nothing to download. Your laptop serves the app, so you always get the version it's running.
Pair
- On your laptop, run
node bridge/server.mjs. - A QR code appears, with a pairing code under it.
- Scan it with your camera, on the same Wi-Fi. That's it — it remembers.
Keep it on your home screen
iPhone
Open the link in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. You get a real full-screen app.
Android
Open the ⋮ menu and choose Add to Home screen.
Chrome saves its full Install for sites on trusted HTTPS, which a
local address like 10.0.0.7 can't have. Everything works the
same either way; if you want the real install, serve the bridge through
Tailscale Serve, which
gives it a proper certificate.
What it can do
- Send tasks
- Type what you want done and watch each step as it happens.
- Answer approvals
- Allow or cancel a consequential action from your pocket. It can answer one, never skip one.
- Pause and stop
- Halt a run without going back to the laptop.
- Stay on your network
- Your phone connects straight to your laptop. No relay, no account, nothing internet-facing.
